Symptoms
Bug 36319470 has been applied but it has not enabled the Concurrent Processes grid in Reset Budget Control Lock page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Payroll for NA Installation, Concurrent Process section:
Enable Concurrent Process is greyed out.
2. Navigate to Set up HCM -> Product Related -> Commitment Accounting -> Reset Encumbrance Locks -> Reset Budget Control Locks
The grid for Concurrent Processes is not in the page. Enable Concurrent Processes check box greyed out.
