SFP: All Award Disbursements Are Not Populating In The SCC_SFP_R_DPAY Table. (Doc ID 3039904.1)

Symptoms

All award disbursements are not populating in the SCC_SFP_R_DPAY table. The SFP load process was populating the SCC_SFP_R_DPAY table when the run control message event was "Awards, COA, NSLDS & DISB". However, there was an instance when the process did not complete successfully due to NSLDS. Then several run control were created to load the award data separately, as well as the disbursements. When the process runs with message event "Disbursement Only" the process is not loading the disbursement transactions to the SCC_SFP_R_DPAY table.

  1. Navigation: Home > Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Load SFP Reporting Data
  2. Selection Tools = PS Query
  3. Enter query name
  4. Message Criteria = Disbursement Only
