Name Select Options No Longer Available For Fluid Graduation Application (Doc ID 3040423.1)

Symptoms

When adding a new effdt row for Configuration by Institution, the "Allow to Select Name" checkbox appears to be selectable. Enabling the selection results in an immediate deselect, after which the checkbox is not selectable.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify that the Show Name and Allow Name Update checkboxes are enabled on the Academic Institution 8 page (Nav: Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables >Academic Structure > Academic Institution Table)
2. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Fluid Configuration > Application for Graduation > Configuration by Institution
3. Select the existing Institution value
4. On the General Option tab, add a new effdt row.
5. Select the Name Page tab. The "Allow to Select Name" checkbox (under Name Access) appears to be selectable.
6. Select the “Allow to Select Name” checkbox. It appears to be enabled.
7. Within a moment or so, the selection is automatically disabled and cannot be selected again.
