ESOCIAL - Changes On Employee Biographical Data Does Not Trigger S-2205 Event. (Doc ID 3042932.1)

Symptoms


Employee's name and marital status has been changed on Biographical Information page but the S-2205 event is not showed up on the Events Monitor in the Pending events column.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Events Monitor and verify how many S-2205 events are registered.

2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Update Person Detail, select the employee and Include History.

3. Add a new row/effective date and change the employee's name and marital status.

4. Save.

5. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > eSocial BRA > eSocial Events Monitor and verify that no S-2205 pending event has been created.
