Symptoms

Oracle WebLogic Server Critical Patch Install - WL 14.1.1.0.0 PSU July/2024 CPU Patch - failed to complete. Log file (<ORACLE_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatchYYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SSAM_1.log) generated from OPatch was also incomplete. In this particular case, the logging stopped right after setting environment variables.
