Core HR: Employee Self Service OnBoarding Tile Gives the Following Error: "At this time, there are no processes in progress" (Doc ID 3045047.1)

Symptoms

Employee unable to access the OnBoardingtask from their self service, hitting with following error when they clicked on the OnBoardingtile.

ERROR
-----------------------
"At this time, there are no processes in progress"

 

The issue can be replicable using below steps:

  1. Login as admin, navigate to assign template :Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > OnBoarding > Manage OnBoarding Event > Manage OnBoarding Event
  2. Now login as employee, navigate the employee self service > Click on OnBoarding Tile
  3. Observe the above error message
