Symptoms
Employee is unable to access the OnBoarding task from their Self Service, when they click on the OnBoarding following error is triggered:
"At this time, there are no processes in progress"
The issue can be replicable using below steps:
- Login as Administrator, navigate to Assign template: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > OnBoarding > Manage OnBoarding Event > Manage OnBoarding Event
- Now login as employee, navigate the Employee Self Service > Click on OnBoarding Tile
- Observe the above error message
