Symptoms
Employee unable to access the OnBoardingtask from their self service, hitting with following error when they clicked on the OnBoardingtile.
ERROR
-----------------------
"At this time, there are no processes in progress"
The issue can be replicable using below steps:
- Login as admin, navigate to assign template :Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > OnBoarding > Manage OnBoarding Event > Manage OnBoarding Event
- Now login as employee, navigate the employee self service > Click on OnBoarding Tile
- Observe the above error message
