E-PIA: General Ledger Fluid Simple Journal Entry Lines Grid Has Column Headings Not Aligning With Data Fields

Symptoms
After upgrading to PT 8.60.10, when accessing the Fluid Simple Journal > Lines page, the column headings under the Line Details section are not aligned respectively over their corresponding fields.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Finance & Accounting Fluid Homepage.
2. Select the Simple Journal tile then click + Add.
3. On the Simple Journal page, perform the following:
a. Click the magnifying glass for Journal Type.
b. Lookup page, select ACC / Accrual.
c. Click the magnifying glass for Journal Template.
d. Lookup page, select PE_ACCRUAL.
e. Click Add.
4. On Simple Journal Entry page, select Lines.
5. Notice that under the Line Details section, the column headings are not aligned over the corresponding fields.
