Symptoms

HR Help Desk - solutions search abends when the Solution is being used in a lot of Cases

When do a Solution search, the system spins and then eventually times out / logs out the end-user.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate to Solutions > Solutions Search
     2. In Solution ID field, enter a Solution ID that is being used in a log of Cases, click Search

System spins and then end-user get logged out.
