ETL9.2: Comments Entered In The Approvals Screen For Pushback Is Not Getting Stored In TL_TR_COMMENTS. (Doc ID 3046887.1)

Symptoms

Approved comments are not saving to TL_TR_COMMENTS when a Manager adds a comment during pushback.

However, comments added when time is denied are saving correctly and visible on the timesheet.

All approval comments for reported time expected to be saved and displayed on the timesheet.



STEPS
-----------------------

1. Select 'Approvals' tile
2. Choose a person with reported time approval pending
3. Choose a day and click push back, type comments and submit
4. Navigate to the fluid enter time for this person, Time tile > Enter Time, to see that the time is pushed back, but the comments are not there. In the backend – the comments are not saved to TL_TR_COMMENTS table.
5. Now go back to this person and choose another pending reported time day to deny the time with a comment
6. Go back to the employee timesheet to see that the denial comments are visible / are saved to TL_TR_COMMENTS table.
