Data Integrity Errors on Life Events and Benefits Statement Page (Doc ID 3047408.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to Add / Update the life events information, the following error occurs. This is an intermittent issue appears on the Life Events and Benefits Statement Page.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Home Page > Benefit Details Tile
  2. Click on Life Events Tile and Enter the Details 

        Or

  1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Home Page > Benefit Details Tile
  2. Click on Benefits Statement Tile
  3. Select any Benefits Statement
