Symptoms
After adding a document to a Life Event, the View Approval Link shows the approvals page however, the X to close the window is above the banner of the application and it does not work.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee and create a Life Event.
2. Upload a document.
3. Click the View Approvals Link to see the Close above the Banner.
