Symptoms

Users are unable to access the HSA tile (Plan type 67) after dropping dependent(s) from plan type 10. They encounter an error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee self-service page >> Benefit Details >> Benefits Enrollment >> click the start button.
2. Click the Medical tile.
3. De-select the enrolled dependent and click done.
4. Click the Health Savings Account tile. User is getting a warning message about the contribution.
5. Click OK to bypass
6. click the HSA tile. ISSUE: User is constantly getting the same warning message and unable to access the HSA tile.
