Symptoms

Site is using custom HTML message text with custom generic templates for approval email notifications. This was working fine in FSCM 9.2 PUM 46, but stopped working after upgrading to PUM 49.

They would like to know what changed in FSCM PUM 49, as their HTML emails no longer display correctly in Microsoft Outlook.

Environment

PeopleTools 8.60.05
FSCM 9.2 PUM 49

Sample Replication
------------------

1. Create a new transaction and submit it for approval.
2. Check approval email notification in MS Outlook.
3. Observe that the message is displayed in plain text.

 

Changes

Upgraded to FSCM 9.2 PUM 49.
