EGL 9.2: When a Journal is Copied Via Spread sheet (JRNL1_WS) System successfully Uploads a Journal Without a Journal ID (key and required field) in the system (Doc ID 3048262.1)

Symptoms

When a user copies a excel sheet and uploads the journal without making any journal header changes the journal uploads successfully without a journal ID (key and required field) in the system. Once in the system, the journal cannot be modified or deleted.

Steps To Replicate
1. Using spreadsheet journal import workbook, create a new journal sheet (journal can have NEXT as journal ID or create your own 10-digit journal ID).
2. Upload the journal.
3. Copy sheet of journal from step 1.
4. Update the journal line information on the copied journal but do NOT modify the journal header.
5. Upload the journal. Journal will upload successfully without a journal ID in it.
6. Attempt to modify and/or delete journal in system.
