Unable To Bid On Posted Events If It Has A New Pending Approval Events Version (Doc ID 3048438.1)

Symptoms

Bidders are not be able to bid on the original posted event When creating a new event version and keep it in Pending approval status.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details and create a new event and submit it for approval.
2. Sign in as event approver and navigate to : Home page> approvals tile and approve the event.
3. Sign back in as event admin and navigate to : Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench and create a new version for the event and submit it to be in pending approval status.
4. Sign in as bidder and navigate to : Manage Events and Place Bids > View Events and Place Bids > try to bid on the event.
5. Getting message : " A new version has been created for this event. New version - (2). Version being bid on - (0000000191). (18058,8081) ".
