Symptoms

The total FEHB contribution for Part-Time Employees exceeds the total rate on the Benefit Rate Table. 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll a part-time employee in a FEHB benefit plan
2. Run pay calc
3. Review total deduction amount and compare it against the total rate on the benefit rate table for the FEHB deduction.
