HCM: Preferred Pronouns Do Not Display on Manage Job Data Header (Doc ID 3048981.1)

Symptoms

Preferred pronouns do not display on Manage Job page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up Gender Identity: Main Menu>Set up HCM>Install>Installation Table>HCM Options>Enable Gender Identity (save, sign out and sign back in).
  2. Define Header Configuration to show pronouns: Main Menu>Set up HCM>Common Definitions>Employee Header Configuration>Define Header Configuration (check show pronouns).
  3. Sign in as employee; Employee Self Service Home page>Personal Details tile>Gender Identity tile>make preferred pronoun update.
  4. Notice the pronoun will display in the header next to the photo/name.
  5. Sign in as Administrator; Workforce Administrator Home page>Manage Human Resources tile>Manage Job tile.
  6. Locate employee(s); notice pronouns are not displaying next to the photo/name on this page.
