ETL9.2: Employees are not compensated for reported sick time that has been denied. (Doc ID 3049002.1)

Symptoms

On the time sheet employee put in a leave request. Their supervisor goes in and denies that request. At this point the denied time does not show back in their bank so that when the employee goes in to see their leave banks the numbers are not correct.

** For Employees where the job record and benefit record numbers were the same, the TL_COMPLEAV_TBL updated correctly.
** For Employees where the job record number and benefit record number were not the same, the hours were not cleared from the table after denying approval.

REPLICATION STEPS

1. Select employee with job record number and benefit record number are not the same
2. Employee's workgroup requires approval of reported time.
3. Go to the employees timesheet, Enter Time tile > Enter Time tile, and enter 8 hours sick leave and submit the timesheet.
4. The sick entry is in the status of need approval (NA).
5. The sick leave bank will have decreased by 8 hours
6. Login as an Approver and deny the sick leave time
7. The Sick Leave bank is still not getting updated
8. Replace the sick time with vacation and submit.
9. Sick Balance is not refunded to bank; Vacation balance is reduced correctly.
