Symptoms

After the application upgrade to PT8.61.05. CS PUM Image 31 , the key fields for example Academic Institution and Academic Career are found not displaying .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the application to PT8.61.05. CS 9.2 PUM Image 31 using Change Assistant.

 Upgrading the application to PT 8.61.05 and CS 9.2 PUM  Image 31 .
