Buyer Workcenter Requisition Selection Page Doesn't Show the eProcurement Requisition Header Attachments and Showing Only The Requisition Header Comments (Doc ID 3049240.1)

Symptoms


When creating a requisition with header comments and attachments then trying to view these comments and attachment from the requisition selection page, only the requisition header comments are showing but not the attachment.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition and create a new fluid requisition.
  2. Add any item.
  3. Add header comments and attachment.
  4. Press on check out and submit the requisition.
  5. Now Navigate to : Purchasing > Buyer WorkCentre > Requisitions to be Sourced and choose the created requisition.
  6. Press on the requisition tab.
  7. Press on the requisition ID then on the header comments link.
  8. Notice that system will show only the requisition comments but not the attachment.
