When 'LS_KEY' is NOT included in the search criteria for Maintain Payables Lease in Manage Configurable Search, the search would just spin and eventually throws the error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search.
2. Search for Content Reference: Maintain Payables Lease.
3. Change the Default Search Presentation to 'Advanced'.
4. Click the Load Fields in Search Criteria and Result Options.
5. Change LS_KEY in the Include in Criteria to 'No'.
6. Click Add New under configurations.
7. Click the Load Fields in Search Criteria and Result Options.
8. Click Save.
9. Navigated to Lease Administration > Payable Leases > Maintain Payable Lease and perform a search.
10. The page just spins and throws the error above.
