Browse Course Catalog Not Picking the Course Description of the Latest Effdt Row.

Symptoms
When user attempts to modify the Course Description with the current effective date , the course description doesn't get updated on Manage Class > Browse Course Catalog page .
But when user attempts the similar changes to Course with a previous date , the course description is updated/modified.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > Courses Catalog > Add a New Value
2. Add an Effective Dated row
3. Navigate to Manage Class Tile > Browse Course Catalog > Verify the Description details
4. Adda New row of data on Catalog Data Page with a Current Effective date
5. Navigate Curriculum Management > Fluid Class Search Class Index Manger > Run Class Search Index Manager
6. Repeat Step 3 to Verify the Course Description
