Symptoms
When attempting to enable PICASO Digital Assistant Chatbot and add two skills: Expenses Task Assistant and Requisition Assistant, the following error occurs:
Oops! Something went wrong while connecting to PeopleSoft. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable PICASO Digital Assistant.
2. Add skills.
3. Ask any skill-related query, and observe the error above.
