A Search On the "TCSI Course Admission" Page Returns No Records If the MATR and ADMT Effdt Values Are the Same (Doc ID 3049656.1)

Symptoms

A search on the TCSI Course Admission page returns no records if the MATR and ADMT effdt values are the same.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > Transaction Maintenance > TCSI Course Admission
  2. Search for a student, no results
  3. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
  4. Query the student
  5. Manually modify either the ADMT or MATR effdt so they are not the same
  6. Repeat step 2, the student is found
