Pushback Button From Employee Resignation Approval Page Does Not Work When Notification Composer Is Enabled on Installation Table Page

Symptoms
When Notification Composer is enabled on Installation Table page, the 'Pushback' button from the "Employee Resignation" approval page does not work. Pushing the button doesn't do anything, no popup, and the workflow status is not changed.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Install > Installation Table > HCM Options and make sure the "Enable Notification Composer" option is turned on.
2. Sign on as an employee. Navigate to Self Service > Job > Submit Resignation and submit resignation.
3. Sign on as manager and click on the Bell (Notifications) icon at the top right corner of the screen. Click on Resignation Request notification.
4. Click on the Pushback button.
Result: no action happens.
