Symptoms
Running FA Term Build after census date has passed does not update Enrollment Intensity to zero for projections rebuilding as 'No Data'. The FA Load is updated to N - No Unit Load. Students who did not attend in the term experience this behaviour.
The expectation is for such students FA Term will update the FA Load to N - No Units, and set the Enrollment Intensity to zero.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Set Up SACR, Product Related, Financial Aid, Financial Aid Term, Setup Financial Aid Term;
- Select an Aid Year;
- For a career/term, click the Select, and Lock boxes. Update the FA Census Date if no Census Dt is displayed;
- Click Save;
- Navigate to Financial Aid, Financial Aid Term, Maintain Student FA Term;
- Select a student in the career / term;
- Click the Build button;
- Click on the Acad Level Tab of the component;
- Note the student's FA Load is set to 'N', and the enrollment intensity remains at the original value.
