“Edit Requisition” Link Is Not Visible in View Requisition Approval Page When There Is a Change Order and the Requisition Is Sourced to PO

Symptoms
After PUM Image 48, if any line is sourced and the requester has the Allow Change Request role action, then the Edit Requisition link is visible, otherwise, it is invisible.
If not using eProcurement, ALLOW_CHANGE_REQUEST role cannot be enabled. If there is a change order and the requisition is sourced to PO, the Edit Requisition link is not visible on the Approval Page.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1.Navigate to eProcurement > Administer Procurement -> Maintain System Users and Role;
2. Open Role Action Name. Disable ALLOW_CHANGE_REQUEST action;
3. Navigate to Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisitions;
4. Create a requisition. The requisition is in Pending status;
5. Log in with the approver user. Open the Approvals page;
6. Open the requisition in pending approval; “Edit Requisition” link is visible;
7. Approve the requisition;
8. Navigate to Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update POs;. Create PO from requisition;
9. Navigate to Purchasing > Requisitions > Add/Update Requisitions. Change the quantity and the price of the requisition;
10. 5. Log in with the approver user. Open the Approvals page;
11. Open the requisition. “Edit Requisition” link is not visible.
