Symptoms
When any emplid is entered on the Search page for the Benefits Summary in the Benefits WorkCenter, a list of employees is returned rather than the entered individual and the Benefits Summary does not open.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Only the employee entered should be returned.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator homepage > Manage Benefits > Benefits WorkCenter.
2. Select Current Benefits Summary.
3. Enter an employee ID.
4. Select the Search button.
5. See the list of employees returned.
