Symptoms


The below error in app server log when running Payslip process completed successfully.


eEPAY.EPY created by AE program GP_EPAY thru GetFile() doesn't exist

 

The issue can be replicated using below steps:

  1. Login as payroll administrator, navigate to Global Payroll >> Absence Management and Payroll Process >> Processing >> Run Payslip Process
  2. Process went to success
  3. Open the app server log and observe the error
