Symptoms
On:
PeopleTools 8.60.14
Fresh Install on RHEL7,
The psamin menu options webserver ->administer a domain->choose instance->configure this domain and webserver ->administer a domain->choose instance->administer a site->choose site->configure this site hangs as follows

1) HTTP Port
psadmin hangs at this point

PIA Domain: <domain-name>
PIA Site: ps
1) Application Server Connect String :[f.q.d.n:PORT]
2) Jolt Pooling
psadmin hangs at this point
All other psadmin menu options function ok.
To reproduce the issue:
Use psadmin interactive or command line to create a new webserver instance. The Instance creates ok. Go to the menu options described above. Notify that psadmin hangs.
The same install on RHEL9 does not have the issue.
