Manager Can Not View Employee Rating in Fluid When Employee Rating Checkbox Is Disabled but Able to View in the Classic. (Doc ID 3058965.1)

Symptoms

When the manager attempt navigate to the employee self-evaluation item ratings/comments,  the manager is unable to see the employee ratings. 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as a Manager
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service Hompage > Team Performance Tile
3. Click on Team Documents Tile 
4. Select Employee & Verify the Rating and the Comments.
