Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, HR Upgrade
Incumbents Reports to field is not updated when reports to is updated in Position Data
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Identify an active position with an incumbent.
Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Position Management > Manage Position
2. Click Pencil Icon to edit the Position (do not update the EFFDT and ACTION_REASON)
3. Click Continue and update the REPORTS_TO field.
4. Click Next until you reach the Budget and Incumbents step. Set the Update Incumbents field to “Yes”.
5. Click Next and submit the changes.
6. Position will be saved, and the changes did not reflect in Job Data.
