HCM 9.2: Incorrect Assignment of National Id Copied from the Previously Hired Employee

Symptoms
Incorrect assignment of national id which is being copied from the employee who was previously hired.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Add a New Person
2. Provide a valid name
3. Provide values for date of birth, birth country, gender and enter valid national id details
4. Choose organization relationship as ‘Contingent Worker’ and save
5. Now open new window and try ‘add a new person’
6. Provide a valid name, birth date, gender and do not provide the national id but make sure the county is Belgium
7. Choose organization relationship as ‘Contingent Worker’ and save
8. Now search for the newly created employee through ‘modify a person’, and noticed that national id is populated which was just copied from the employee who created before.
