Enrollment Request Page Does Not Allow User to Select an Emplid When Preferred Name Search is Enabled and Students Has Both a Primary and Preferred Name.

Symptoms
When a preferred name search is enabled on the Campus Community Installation page, the Enrollment request page will display the same emplid two times if the student has a primary and a preferred name..
When the user attempts to select EITHER of the rows that are returned the emplid box turns blank and then red with the message "The Field Id is Required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding" 15,54.
The issue can be reproduced in the following steps:
1. Term activate a student in the next term or use an existing student that is term activated.
2. Set the term default to the next term at Setup SA CR > User Defaults.
3. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information Student > Biographical (Student) > Name and add a preferred name to the student (effective date it yesterday).
4. Navigate to Setup SA CR > Install > Campus Community Install. Go to the 2nd tab "Names/Addresses" and turn on the check box "Preferred Name Search" and save the page.
5. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment request and search for your student by populating the emplid number and clicking search.
Note two rows are returned for the single emplid.
6. Select either row from the search window and see the emplid box is empty and red with the pop up window "The Field Id is Required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding" 15,54.
