Review/Edit Supplier Registration Does trigger Email/Notification for Return to Requester (Doc ID 3060451.1)

Symptoms

Review/Edit Supplier Registration does not trigger email/notification for Return to Requester.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

1. Enable Notifications Composer. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Overall. Uncheck 'Enable Notification Composer
2. Enable Email in the Global Settings. Navigate to PeopleTools > Notifications > Notification Administration > Global Settings
3. Click the Notification Settings panel and confirm Email is enabled for the Process ID. Save it
4. Check all Modification by Editor. Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Supplier Request System Setup
5. Go to Enterprise Component > Notification Composer > Compose notification. Search by SCR_SUPPLIERRqstInfoSUPRqstrHdr. Edit and next until submit page and submit it
6. Login as VP1. Create a Manage Invitation. Save and send. Navigation: Menu>Suppliers>Supplier Registration> Manage Registration Invitation
7. Email received. Click on link and follow the steps to add new supplier registration. Submit
8. Email received informing registration has been submitted for approval
9. Login as VP2
10. Review/Edit Registration. Navigation: Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Review or Edit Registration
11. Click on the red pencil and change any information on the page
12. Go to Next until submit page
13. Return to Requester. Add reason code and OK
14. No email received
