Symptoms
The following error is triggered when attempting to open Savings Age Catch Up Extension component:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Benefits --> Monitor Savings PLN Extension --> Savings Age Catch Extension.
2. Error displays online.
Changes
Apply patch 35345717 - HR BEN SAVINGS MGMT - FLEXIBLE AGE LIMIT AND 415 AGE CATCH UP LIMIT ENHANCEMENT.
