Synchronize Flag On Student Career Not Getting Updated For Enrollment But For Enrollment Request (Doc ID 3062206.1)

As Per Campus Solutions PeopleBooks, Campus Self Service, Setting Up Academic Advisement Self Service, Defining Self Service Installation Settings:

Checkboxes on Installation Academic Advisement setup page, if selected and if Academic Advising Setup is setup for Realtime processing, i.e., enable real-time processing is selected , the synchronization flag on student career will be updated along with datetime.

This is occurring only for certain scenarios but not all.  For example, Enrollment Request component is updating the flag, however the Enrollment component is not.  This also applies to Milestones and Transfer Credit.  They all seems to be only looking at the Always Refresh option to update the synchronization flag.
