TAM: Hiding Fields With Page And Field Configurator Not Working For Manage Job Opening Page

Symptoms
When using Page and Field Configurator to hide fields fields in the Manage Job Opening page, the fields are not actually hidden when viewing the page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator
2. Add Configuration against component HRS_JO_360
3. Define to Hide the HRS_IS_VETERAN and MILITARY_STATUS fields.
4. Navigate to Recruiting --> Recruiting Activities -- > Search Job Openings and drill into any job opening.
5. The fields are not hidden.
