Symptoms
Withholding tax on an Earnings Code setup with a tax method of Supplemental is not calculating at all if the employee's tax data radio button selected is "Maintain Taxable Gross" (formerly Maintain taxable gross; tax will be zero unless specified in 'Additional Withholding' below.)
