Symptoms
Will get error 64 for the following reasons:
1. An on-cycle run has not been confirmed
2. Off-cycle checks still outstanding (unconfirmed) for this company, paygroup and pay end date
3 On-line calculated check has not been confirmed or deleted.
The Preconfirm Audit is a tool to catch this type of problem before payroll processing. The Preconfirm Audit (PAY036) may be run at any time during the pay cycle .. even before Paysheets are created.
