Symptoms
Leaving COBRA_ACTION blank on Action Reason tbl for any "Term" actions will default to TER COBRA_ACTION. For the most cases, it is fine. However, there may be time where customer wants to use the Term w/Pay to keep the pay and benefits active. In this case, they do not want COBRA to be triggered.
Request for a Cobra Action Reason Flexibility Request.
