Symptoms


When users are logging into the system, they are entering lowercase letters and not being able to log in.  The customer site has all users and passwords in uppercase letters. In order to avoid a lot of Help Desk calls we would like to convert whatever OPRID that is entered to uppercase. Is there any way to make uppercase logon as default?
