Symptoms

Future-dated enrollments are not deleted when an employee terminates. when there is an event that occurs prior to the HIR event.

For example, the company uses a manual event to enroll the employees on day 1 for their leave and pension plans and then processes the HIR event where the medical plan has a 90 day wait for the hire event, but the employee terminates prior to the medical plans going into effect. These events may be on the same day or different days,
