Symptoms

The HRMS PeopleBooks it states: "In order to enforce court ordered benefits, we are adding a check to ensure that an enrollment into a health plan, Life and AD&D insurance, savings plan, or pension plan will not be changed, deleted, or terminated if it is currently covering an individual with court-ordered dependents."

1) Users are able to delete a dependent from the Update Dependent/Beneficiaries page is allowed without an error being generated even with an enrollment attached to a court ordered rider.

2) Both Base Benefits and eBenefits provide errors when a dependent's enrollment that is associated to a Court Ordered Rider, is attempted to be removed. However, Benefits Administration allows the termination without errors.
