Symptoms
When using Self Service >Manager >Tasks >Select Applicant for Interview, the user gets the following message before getting to the page:
"Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) - others not included in list (4,2)"
When performing a Lookup, the database returned more rows than can be accommodated in the list box. The page contains a grid which contains dropdown lists for job codes and departments. The error message is produced when there are more than 300 values--the max number a dropdown can handle -- for the fields with dropdown list on the page.
