SPECIFIC TO: PeopleSoft Enterprise, Payroll for North America, All Releases
You receive an error "Incomplete address" in the TAX910ER and the MMREF File (TAX960 FD and TAX960ST) when processing an employee who has a foreign address in Personal Data. The Year-End Processes are looking for a valid "State". Since these employees live out of the country they do not have a valid State.
