App server will not boot up and user cannot logon in 2-tier. Upon investigation in the trace we see in the app server log, it shows

PSAPPSRV.52392 [09/02/03 22:16:18](1) GenMessageBox(200, 0, M): /local_home/build84/pt84206-retailr_o/src/pssys/stmget.cpp: SQL error. Stmt #: 2289  Error Position: 23  Return: 942 - ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
