Goal
There are several messaging tables that include a PUBSTATUS or PUBCONSTATUS field, such as PSAPMSGPUBHDR, PSAPMSGPUBCON, PSAPMSGSUBCON, etc...
These fields contain numerical values that represent the status of the message in the processing flow. What does each of these values mean?
