Symptoms

  During the ugprade, in section  Prepare Your Database \ Reporting Row Counts for Tables, you run the application engine program called UPGCOUNT.  The documentation specifies the output file as UPGCOUNT.LIS: however, I cannot locate this file after the psae.exe runs.
