 SCENARIO 2: SMTP sendMail failed (server example.com:25). Cannot send email to <username@example.com>. (80.2)
 SCENARIO 3:  smtp sendmail failed server example.com:25  cannot send email to <users email address> verify email address is valid, server address is valid, etc. they have verified that this is all valid
